Data Deletion Instructions

You can ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you (for example, Instagram comments or direct messages we received via webhook, or Telegram messages you sent to our bot).

How to request deletion

1. Email onlineshopmaeket@gmail.com with the subject "Data deletion request".
2. Tell us how to identify your data — for example your Instagram username or your Telegram username/ID.
3. We will confirm and delete the associated personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.

You may also send a direct message to our Instagram account requesting deletion; please include the same identifying details.

What gets deleted

The interaction data we hold about you — such as logged comment/message content and identifiers tied to you. Aggregate, anonymised, or legally required records may be retained.
