This Privacy Policy explains what information the "Asl Narxida" service ("we", "us") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our Telegram bot, mini-app, or interacting with our Instagram account, you agree to this policy.

Who we are

Asl Narxida is a small online shop. We list products through a Telegram mini-app and publish those products to our own Instagram business account. Contact: onlineshopmaeket@gmail.com.

Information we collect

Product information entered by our administrators (names, descriptions, prices, photos). This is our own business content.
Instagram interactions. When you comment on or send a direct message to our Instagram account, Meta delivers that event to us via webhook. It may include your Instagram username, the message or comment text, and the related media ID.
Telegram interactions. When you use our bot or mini-app, Telegram provides your Telegram user ID and the messages you send to the bot so we can respond and process orders.
Technical logs. Standard server logs (timestamps, request paths, error details) kept for security and debugging.

How we use information

To publish and manage our product catalogue on Instagram and Telegram.
To respond to your comments, messages, and orders.
To operate, secure, and debug the service.

We do not sell your personal data or use it for advertising profiling.

Sharing

We use Meta (Instagram) and Telegram as platforms; your interactions are also subject to their privacy policies. We use a hosting provider to run our servers. We do not share your data with other third parties except where required by law.

Data retention

We keep interaction data only as long as needed for the purposes above. Webhook event logs are retained for a limited period and then rotated out. You may request deletion at any time (see below).
